Spiritual Sense of Taste
You are the Salt of the Earth ✨🧂✨
As I was in the Lord’s Presence yesterday, all of a sudden, I experienced a strong taste in my mouth. It was SALT! In this moment, I heard: “You are the salt of the earth”.
It is so much fun, yet so humbling, when the Lord gives us messages through our spiritual senses. It had been quite some time since God last used the spiritual sense of “taste” to confirm, so I knew that God’s timing to release this word was important.
Right now, we need this vital reminder of who we are, as Christ's Church. We are at this very place, at this point in time, for a clear Kingdom purpose. We are SALT and LIGHT to the world. The world needs what we have to give, by the abundant grace of God. We have been salted with fire. (Mark 9:49) We stay salty by allowing the Holy Spirit free reign in our lives to lead us. 🕊
When we are “salt” to others, we create a thirst for Jesus which His Presence can only quench. We do this by sharing how we see the power of God in our lives, at work to change us and others. We also do this by partnering with Jesus to do the things He did. As we share the love of Jesus, people see Him alive in us. We have salt in ourselves, and are at PEACE with each other. (Mark 9:50)
In Biblical times and even today, salt was used as a preservative, to keep things like “fish” fresh. Salt is also the main thing we use to “season” our food, to make it tasty. As salt of the world, we keep God’s Word (spiritual food) “fresh” in the minds of all people (“fish”, Matthew 4:19), preserving it until Jesus returns, and as perfectly “seasoned”, it increases hunger for more of Him (The Word made flesh). This, combined with our “light”, which makes any darkness flee, is a perfect combination of God’s power in the world, very much alive, in US. It is a GOOD thing to walk in each day, step by step, only one day at a time, as we follow the King of Kings!

A Vision of the Angels in Our Midst 💗🔥💗
~Psalm 91 says: “For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways”.
~Hebrews 13:2 states: “Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.”
Are you aware of the angels God has placed around you in each day and night, both in the Spirit AND in the flesh? As I was waking this morning, and in the Spirit with the Lord, God began speaking to me about those He has placed around me. I saw their faces and it was fun. And then 91 flashed quickly before me, which was perfectly understood in the moment, as Psalm 91.
I have been aware of special people in my life for quite some time now, and today, the Lord is leading me to share some of what I have learned from Him, regarding those He places around us, to “guard us in all our ways”.
If you have become aware of the angels working in your life, you probably have experienced that, at times, they can be annoying! One does not usually think of annoyance when describing God’s angels, right? However, it helps when we become aware that our angels are there to help us in ALL sorts of ways. One way is to help equip us. At times, they work with us on things like patience, staying in peace, loving our enemies, generosity, and much more, which is not always “comfortable” in the moment.
And yes, they do many other helpful things for us to make life easier. They remind us of things we may forget which are important, clear our path when things are in the way, partner with us in times of healing prayer and worship, share important messages from God, and protect us when in danger.
They may also “test” us, by showing up on a street corner begging for help, or challenge us, by saying something we would not agree with. How we respond is seen outwardly, however, the response in our heart is also seen clearly by our precious God. These things build our compassion and are never meant to bring guilt or shame. They help us learn to use our words to bless, never to curse. (James 3:10) Do you see how “annoyance” works very well in this case?
Are you aware of your angels? We never worship angels, and we look to Jesus ALWAYS as our focus, though it is helpful to be aware of them and their partnership. We appreciate them. Knowing them, understanding how they are functioning around us, helps us work with them, rather than resist them. God commanded angels around us for our benefit, to partner with us, as we advance God’s Kingdom here on earth.
May God show each of us who He has placed around us in the coming days, so that we are able to partner fully with those He has sent to work with us, in Jesus’ name. 💗

Seeing and experiencing God's GLORY
💥~~The GLORY of the LORD!~~💥
Have you SEEN it, or are you eagerly EXPECTANT?
Over the past several years, I am humbled to have seen God’s Glory manifest in various ways. The first time I witnessed this, was only a few hours after I had been keeping vigil with my Dad in his final hours here on earth. It was October of 2008. As I climbed into bed, in the wee hours of the morning, still dark outside, I was blessed to witness the most beautiful sight. The bedroom ceiling, though dark, was lit up, with sparkling stars as in the night sky, swirling gently, alive with splendor. I was completely mesmerized. It was as if all of Heaven was there with me to comfort me in my grief. The entire Kingdom family showed up, the cloud of witnesses, along with the angels and the seraphim too, who stood out due to their flaming red appearance! I was stunned, and touched by the power of God on display, so very tangible. I felt greatly loved in those moments, and Heaven felt SO close, as if I could actually touch it.
Not long after that, my eyes were opened to see more. God began to teach me through visions, where God showed me His Glory, as sparkling silver or gold falling down gently. Next, I began to see it during the day as I looked up. Without fail, when I want to see it, God shows me His GLORY, sparkles coming down right over my head. He is a GLORIOUS God. Now, if I happen to wake during the night, I see the Heavenly Glory over me and I am able to move my hands through it, playfully engaging in the Glory of God. I have come to expect it. During the day, I can look up and God shows me the beautiful sparkles coming down like rain.
Another way I have seen God’s Glory manifest, is in rainbows and streaks of rainbow colors, sometimes in the sky, but more frequently in my home, as I write or relax. Last evening, while home alone (though we are never alone!), I had an amazing encounter. All of a sudden light appeared in front of me on the opposite wall, in the shape of a rainbow, but white. It was quite large, taking up the entire wall. Then, it quickly became a double rainbow! At the end of the rainbow was a stripe in brilliant rainbow colors. I discerned that God was speaking to me about our TRUE Treasure, rather than a “pot of gold”. God promises that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. HE is our True Treasure. 🎁
This scene in front of me was glorious, for sure. But that was not all! Next, there appeared two very large squares of bright light in the middle of this rainbow. I asked whether this could be a portal. It was quickly confirmed by what happened next. Out of this bright light came a cloud of GLORY, headed right for me. It gently stopped in front of me, from floor to ceiling, as my jaw dropped in AWE! I was awestruck as I felt the beautiful Presence of the Lord. Humbled by His Presence, I began to praise, worship, sing, overcome by the beautiful Glory of God in this smoky cloud. It lasted for several glorious minutes and when it was over, slumped in my chair, I must have looked like a wet noodle, since that is what I felt like.
There is NOTHING like the peaceful Presence of the Living God. To experience it, is to become hungry for more and more. The Prophet Isaiah spoke of His GLORY being revealed when Jesus was here on earth the first time. As we await the return of Jesus, His GLORY is being revealed again to many, as we prepare our hearts and make way for the King of Kings. Have you SEEN it? If so, we celebrate with you. If not, are you EXPECTANT, with the wide-eyed wonder of a child on Christmas morning? God is faithful.
🙏~Thank You, Lord, for revealing Your GLORY to us, in every nation of the world. Open our hearts to receive, as an expectant child, until Jesus returns, and we witness His GLORY and SPLENDOR flowing freely over all the earth, as every knee bows and every tongue confesses that He is Lord, all for Your GLORY, in Jesus’ name….AMEN.

Nine years ago today ~ The event which changed my life!
A Vision of Anointing: The Ninth Anniversary….5.22.2019 Remembering the time God first revealed the new spiritual gifts placed inside.
I recently received a vision of oil coming down like rain, which prompted a quick look back at the calendar to confirm, totally in AWE of God.
Nine years ago today, I was deeply in worship at a conference at Seattle Revival Center, when I suddenly felt drops coming down all over me, which I felt on my face. It was as if it was raining inside the room. I looked up at the very high ceiling and wondered if the sprinklers had been engaged, like we see happen when there is a fire. It was clearly raining over me, and I was feeling every drop! I remember wondering so many things: how this was happening, why this was happening, and what did it mean? 🤔
Little did I know, then, how significant this was! I arrived home that evening, removing several layers of clothing, as I got ready for bed. I had oil on my skin, which had gone straight through all my clothes, from head to toe. This oil had the most beautiful spicy aroma. Ben was my witness to this, who described the smell as “spicy”, without my having said anything prior.
I had no idea that my life, from that moment, would never be the same. It launched me into nine years of prophetic equipping which has deepened my faith and changed me forever. God had anointed me, and I was given a new Calling, my purpose made clear to me, on this day in May of 2010. When I look back at all that has happened in these past 9 years, I am in total AWE of our God.
So today, God reminded me of this 9th anniversary, the turning of a corner, walking into the new, an experience which changed everything. 💝
